Your role in the team You will be a key player at Knowit Malmö. Together with colleagues in sales and delivery, you will lead business development for your client portfolio – focusing on a larger account – and ensure that more parts of Knowit's offerings become visible and relevant. How do you feel about being the one who gathers the threads, drives the dialogue forward, and makes it easy for the client to say yes?

What you will actually do

  • Map decision-makers and influences at the client, and build a living plan for how we grow the business over time.
  • Drive concrete sales activities – from the first meeting to contract – and broaden the dialogue to more business areas.
  • Orchestrate the right team from Knowit (sales, specialist competencies, delivery) so that the whole package lands with the client.
  • Follow up, evaluate, and adjust the plan continuously – so that we move in the right direction and create measurable impact.
  • Identify selected new entry points where we see potential, without losing focus on the main account.

You will be based in Malmö. Client meetings primarily take place in the region, with occasional travel within Sweden as needed.

It is a strong plus if you have experience from tech, IT, or consulting – but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you build trust that leads to long-term business. Since our clients and colleagues speak both Swedish and English, it is a requirement that you handle both languages in speech and writing.
