Job Description We are now looking for several customer service advisors for SEB 24|7 in Gothenburg. You will work either with private or corporate clients. The start date is November 5th.
The job involves receiving incoming phone calls regarding various types of banking matters where you will assist customers digitally via phone. The position will begin with a longer training plan that includes both theoretical and practical elements to provide the best conditions for success in the role.
At our telephone bank, you are SEB's face to the outside world and hold one of the most important roles for our customers. The position is full-time, so you cannot be a student. You also need to be flexible as working hours vary between day and evening, with the possibility to request your schedule.
Qualifications and Characteristics We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and wants to provide each customer with a positive experience of SEB. Your surroundings would describe you as energizing, cooperative, and engaged. You have an easy time learning new things, are good at problem-solving, and are curious about our digital development. You also have a strong interest in banking and finance and see the position at SEB as a long-term opportunity.
To be considered for the role, we see that you have:
- Experience in service, preferably from customer service via phone or similar work
- Good telephone and computer skills
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
- High school education with a college preparatory diploma (focus on economics)
- Genuine interest in banking/finance
Preferred qualifications include:
- Relevant college education in economics
- Previous work experience in banking, finance, or similar work
- Swedsec license for mortgages
