Attendo Mejerigatan is both a dementia care facility and a somatic nursing home with a total of 54 apartments spread over three floors, with nine apartments in each unit.

Mejerigatan operates based on Attendo's dementia concept, which includes BPSD, ASCOT, and family representatives. We are also rated as a star facility in dementia care.

About you

We are looking for both nursing assistants and specialist nursing assistants who have experience in care work in elderly care as well as delegation.

You are driven by working with people and making a real difference for customers every day. You have the ability to empower and support customers in all aspects of daily life.

As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with customers and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

You enjoy providing good service, building strong relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our customers. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about elderly care and can see the individual's needs.

Job description

The positions are part-time, ranging from 50-80% with the possibility to work up to 100%.

A professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employers regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant is required.

• Nursing assistant education (or equivalent education) of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employers regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity
