The Role: Welcome Calls

As a Customer Growth Agent in the Welcome Calls team, you will be one of the first people new Fortum customers meet. You will contact those who have recently chosen Fortum or will soon have their electricity delivered by us. Your task is to create security, answer questions, and showcase services that make everyday life easier, such as ID protection, security packages, or price monitoring.

This is a sales project with a strong service focus. If you listen to the customer and guide them well, the results will often come naturally.

Your Employment via A-hub

You will first be employed as a consultant with us at A-hub, with the latest collective agreements. This means secure conditions from the start:

Development and Next Steps

You will receive thorough onboarding in both the electricity market and Fortum's services, so you can quickly provide first-class service. After that, you will receive continuous coaching and sales training.

The plan is for you to start in the Welcome Calls project during your first year. If you enjoy it, you can certainly continue, but within the Customer Growth team there are also more projects that provide you with new challenges and help you build skills that will be valuable throughout your future career.

You have:

• High school diploma
• Fluent Swedish and good English
• Ease in working with systems and maintaining structure
