About the role

As a care assistant/qualified nursing assistant within home care, you will work closely with our clients and assist them in their daily lives. Your main tasks include personal care, support with daily routines, light household tasks, medication management, and transfers. You will meet several of our clients in their home environment where they require different types of assistance.

Do you have experience in elderly care and are you a qualified nursing assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a trained care assistant? Are you passionate about providing high-quality care, working with people, and have a team spirit? Then you are the right person for us!

Qualifications

• Qualified Nursing Assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or documented care assistant training
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Ability to cycle is a requirement
• Experience in elderly care

Meritorious

• B driver's license is meritorious

Employment form

Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period (Daytime with every other or every 3rd weekend or evenings with every other weekend).

About the recruitment process
