Your new role

We are looking for an Operations and Maintenance Coordinator with experience in the real estate industry for our client in the defense industry in Linköping.

We are seeking someone who wants to be the spider in the web between internal operations, suppliers, and contractors, contributing with your expertise in property operations and maintenance.

As an operations and maintenance coordinator with our client, you will be a key person to ensure that facilities and equipment function optimally. You will be the contact person for external contractors and suppliers and actively participate in workplace safety initiatives and improvement forums.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Being the contact person for suppliers and external parties in operations and property
  • Participating in the relocation of operations within production
  • Managing orders for equipment and installations in workshop environments
  • Coordinating inspections of equipment such as cranes, fume hoods, and ladders
  • Being responsible for departmental vehicles – purchasing, servicing, washing, and tire changes
  • Participating in workplace safety rounds and ensuring that actions are implemented
  • Following up on error reports related to facilities and coordinating actions
  • Participating in improvement forums and driving development work

To be successful in this role, you need

  • At least 7 years of experience in the real estate industry.
  • Solid knowledge of operations and maintenance of properties.
  • The ability to act as a coordinator and manage multiple contact points.
  • Experience working both operationally and administratively.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Employment scope: Full-time, 100% Employment form: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters. Location: Primarily Malmen (Linköping), with some time in Tannefors. Start: Immediately. End: Initially 3–5 months but may continue until recruitment is complete. There is a possibility of extension, and also a chance to transition to permanent employment with the client in the long term.
