Your tasks will primarily involve strengthening the person's sense of coherence, self-determination, and experience of health. This happens through your care, support, and assistance to each person you meet. We also actively work to strengthen the healthy aspects of each individual.

• You encourage the individual to do what they can on their own.
• You support the individual in what they cannot do alone and perform these tasks together with the individual based on their conditions.
• You motivate and encourage the individual to make their own choices and support them in maintaining interests, habits, and taking responsibility for their own daily life.

Qualifications

You need to be 18 years old for the position. In most operations, both day, evening, and night work occurs, so please specify in your application if you have specific requests regarding this. Most positions require a driver's license.
