We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Team Leader who wants to take the next step in their career and lead a successful sales team in insurance via telemarketing. Do you have a background in insurance sales and leadership? Then this could be the right role for you.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of salespeople who work with telephone sales to private individuals. You will coach, follow up on results, set goals, and ensure that the team meets and exceeds their sales targets. 

You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with other team leaders and support functions.

• To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
• At least 1 year of documented experience as a Team Leader in sales
• Previous experience in selling insurance 
• Solid experience in telemarketing/telephone sales
• The ability to motivate, drive, and develop individuals and teams

• Fixed base salary with performance-based commission
• A leadership role in an established but growing company
• Clear goals, good support from management, and internal development opportunities
• Work from our modern headquarters in Henriksdal, Stockholm
• An engaged and results-oriented team with good cohesion
