Your Responsibilities

As an Account Manager at JURA, your job largely consists of ensuring that JURA's partners - such as major players in the electronics retail sector, like Elgiganten and Elon, as well as companies that rent or lease coffee machines - develop optimally. You are responsible for maximizing sales, providing professional advice, and ensuring that the products are displayed in the best possible way in stores. The tasks are a dynamic mix of field and inside sales work, focusing on building long-term relationships, educating partners, and effectively selling and marketing JURA's high-quality products. Travel is a natural part of the job, and there will also be some overnight stays.

Your tasks include:

  • Responsible for sales and sales development for your assigned customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Plan and conduct product training and customer visits via digital meetings and on-site.
  • Educate, demo, and represent the brand according to the company's strategy.
  • Participate in events and fairs.

Your Profile

To thrive in the role of Account Manager at JURA, you have a strong self-motivation and a passion for achieving good results and making deals. You have a strong customer focus and are skilled at building trusting and long-term relationships.

To succeed in the role, we prefer that you are structured, both as a person and in your work, and that you have a business-oriented and customer-focused approach in everything you do. Your representation skills are strong, and you have a natural ability to connect with people and make them feel trust.

As a person, you are proactive, communicative, and outgoing with good teamwork skills and a high degree of self-motivation. You have a professional demeanor and express yourself very well in both speech and writing. If you also speak Finnish, this is an advantage for the role.

To be considered for the position, you should have:

  • High school education.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in sales (preferably from the electronics industry).
  • Driver's license B, as travel is part of the job.

  • Location: Based at the office in Hammarby Sjöstad
  • Scope: Permanent position with a probationary period
  • Salary: Individual salary setting
  • Start: By agreement
