About the position

Evidensia aims to create an environment where their customers always feel well taken care of when they contact them. Their new customer care center will serve as an extension of the local clinics, with the goal that customers experience the same personal and professional treatment over the phone as if they were on-site, and this is where you come in as an important player.

In the role of customer service representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for Evidensia's customers
The main focus will be on receiving incoming calls and acting as a central information point where customers receive high-quality service and assistance
Your primary focus in the calls is to be attentive and identify symptom descriptions and handle this by providing appropriate instructions
You will also manage new and rescheduled appointments at their clinics and answer questions regarding opening hours, clinic locations, and other details

You will be based at Evidensia's newly built office in Gärdet, and working hours are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, where you will work full-time 8 hours a day. The planned start date is January 27, 2025.

Your background

We are looking for someone who, with heart and warmth, wants to take care of our customers, has experience in service, and has completed their high school education. Since the incoming calls may be in both Swedish and English, you should have good knowledge of both languages.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and see that you thrive in a service-oriented role, have good communication skills, and are attentive. It is important that you handle incoming calls professionally and with warmth and can empathize with the caller's situation with understanding and a willingness to help. Furthermore, you are driven to achieve good results, are self-motivated, and maintain a structured approach to work.
