About the Role:
As a Senior SDR at Quickchannel, you will have a central and strategic role in the sales team – you will be responsible for building the initial pipeline of new potential customers. Here, you will be responsible for researching enterprise companies and large government agencies, booking and qualifying meetings with them. You need to identify and understand the business benefits and potential of each contact. By spotting opportunities and thinking strategically, you actively contribute to strengthening long-term relationships and developing new business opportunities.
In this role, your insights and perspectives are valued. You will have the opportunity to use your knowledge of Quickchannel's platform to create relevant and value-adding dialogues with decision-makers. It's not just about booking a meeting – it's about being a business partner who helps salespeople understand and maximize each customer's potential. Your experience and strategic thinking will be crucial in shaping the future of the business alongside an experienced sales team.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Conducting analytical research on large companies and government agencies to find the right decision-makers.
- Actively booking and qualifying meetings with decision-makers via phone, email, CRM, and social media.
- Establishing and building strong relationships with potential customers.
- Collaborating with the sales team, marketing, and customer support to ensure a smooth and cohesive customer journey.
- Generating your own leads and following up on leads coming from the marketing department.
To thrive and succeed in this role, we hope you have:
- Experience in booking meetings or other customer contact within B2B, preferably within SaaS or technical sales.
- At least two years of post-secondary education. However, for a candidate with particularly strong experience and skills, we may be open to making exceptions to this requirement.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
- The ability to work independently, structured, and goal-oriented to create new business opportunities.
