We are currently looking for a support assistant to join a team characterized by joy and engagement!
The group home has six places, and the shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and "sleeping" on-call at night. Our open position has a working degree of 75%.
In the role of support assistant, you will provide individual and everyday support to create a safe environment and a meaningful daily life.
We want you to have education and experience in care and support, as well as experience in psychiatry, LSS, treatment, or similar.
If you have knowledge of clear pedagogical methods, AAC, and low-arousal approaches, it is an advantage.
