We need to strengthen our team with a HEAD WAITER for the upcoming season.

We are now looking for a head waiter who can help us continue to develop and be one of Sweden's best golf restaurants where we serve really good food with great service in beautiful surroundings.

The employment is for the 2025 season, running from April to December. Our restaurant has 80 seats plus an outdoor terrace. During the day, we serve lunch and in the evenings a two-course dinner menu to our approximately 6500 overnight guests. Between lunch and dinner service, we offer a simpler bar menu. During November/December, we will serve both goose dinners and Christmas buffets.

Perhaps you have worked a couple of seasons/years in the restaurant industry and would like to take the next step in your career and take on the responsibility as head waiter, or you are already doing it and feel like a change of environment.

· Together with the restaurant manager, plan the operations and drive and develop your colleagues

· Serving/Bar

· Table setting

Who are we looking for?

· You have good social skills and love meeting other people

· Ensuring that the guest is always the focus is a given for you

· You love to provide service and create a pleasant atmosphere around you; a cheerful demeanor is a must!

· Handling stress is not a problem for you

· We appreciate “order and tidiness,” so you can juggle many tasks and are structured

· Previous experience in serving, preferably with some responsibility

· Since we are a golf destination, it is a plus if you are interested in golf, but it is not a requirement

· Fluent in Swedish or English

The restaurant plays a central role in the facility and is the hub for much of what we do. At Skyrup Golf & Hotel, we have an 18-hole golf course with associated training areas where the beautiful nature and the renowned fine and fast greens are our signature. The facility also includes a hotel with 78 beds. Additionally, there are good conference facilities and a golf shop. All parts are operated in-house. As part of our team, you are part of the entire operation.

You will be scheduled for 40 hours/week with every third weekend off; the working hours will mostly be in the evenings when we are busiest.
