Skyrup Golf & Hotel is looking to strengthen its team with a RECEPTIONIST

We are seeking a receptionist who can enhance our team and help us continue to provide first-class service to our guests and members, who are the most important part of being one of Skåne's best golf facilities. The position is a seasonal employment for the golf season 2025, from April to October.

You will work alongside a tight-knit group that loves to provide service and ensure that all our members and guests feel comfortable. We work closely together to create a high presence for a good product and wholeheartedly strive to continuously refine and develop our facility. We constantly help each other to create a seamless operation in both big and small ways, and now we need reinforcement. Are you the one we are looking for?

Your main responsibilities

· Be the face and voice of our guests and members behind the reception desk

· Email management

· Phone

· Cash register

· Check in and out our hotel and golf guests

· Contribute to a good atmosphere at the facility

Qualifications/who are we looking for

· You love to provide service and create a pleasant environment around you; a cheerful demeanor is a must!

· You play golf

· You prefer to see solutions rather than problems

· You like order and cleanliness

· Good skills in spoken and written communication

· Driver's license and access to a car

Experience working at a golf club, in community life, or in hotels is considered a merit but not a requirement.

You will be scheduled on a four-week schedule where you work weekends every other week.

At Skyrup Golf & Hotel, we have an 18-hole golf course with associated training areas where the beautiful nature and our renowned fine and fast greens are our signature. The facility also includes a hotel with 78 beds, a restaurant serving lunch and fine dining in the evenings, and à la carte. There are also good conference facilities and a golf shop. All parts are run in-house. As part of our team, you are part of the entire operation.
