At the very bottom, next to the beach, lies the historic dance palace Pärlan. We have the great honor of bringing this place back to life and dream of creating a destination that is on everyone's lips. The 600 square meters will be divided into;

YEAR ROUND;

· CAFÉ & STORE A store with honest, local ingredients & kitchen nerd essentials. Here you can also buy gift boxes, buffets for weekend mingling, and get tips on fantastic flavor combinations. Our micro-bakery fills the store with the most wonderful aromas. Stop by for a sandwich and a cardamom bun with cappuccino. Follow the delicious scent, and you will find your way directly.

· BISTRO SALTARV Bistro Saltarv stands with its feet in the Skåne soil. Food that tastes heavenly starts with animals that are well cared for. Free-range pigs can root freely, grass-fed cattle, and game from Swedish forests. Vegetables with roots in the soil. With respect for tradition, we create a vibrant menu complemented by carefully selected beverages. Simply Skåne common sense. You are warmly welcome to book your table, and we will take care of you.

· PARTY & MEETING PLACE We know how to plan a party. Let us take care of your festivities so you can sit back and enjoy. Tell us what your dream is, and we will arrange it. We love parties and feel immense joy when we can be part of your dreams. Pärlan's beautiful location with the sea, beach, and nature provides a perfect backdrop for your wedding, party, or celebration. Our head chef and team take care of the food, and our wine cellar has what you need. Would you like to be served, or do you prefer a more relaxed style where wine bottles come out on the table, and you get a sharing menu? We can do both. You wish, we perform. We also invite you to concerts, long tables, wine tastings, etc.

DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS;

· CHAOS & CALORIES Snack bar next to the sea! Well-prepared, delicious fast food. Although it’s not that fast. Yes, it is served within a few minutes. But cooking from scratch takes time. A lot of time! There is something for everyone, and Pärlan's beautiful beach inspires us from snack bars at equally fantastic places like Porto Katsiki, Huntington Beach, Bondi Beach & Plettenberg Bay. No booking, just come. Everything for a perfect day, simply put.

As a head chef with us, you are responsible for the daily operations, all purchases, and staff planning. We cook "unadorned" food from scratch, which means it is driven by good Skåne ingredients and places high demands on your craft. Since you will be responsible for everything that leaves the kitchen, maintaining the absolute best quality that will impress the guests, your superpower must be to keep many balls in the air at the same time and humbly share your extensive knowledge with everyone in the kitchen. You will have our creative leader Martin Sjöstrand to assist you.
