We are looking for a Strategic Advisor to join our Strategic Customer Development team.

You will be part of a team of engaged colleagues who ensure that our strategic customers receive the support they need to use the products we deliver in the best possible way. We are looking for someone who is good at building relationships and cares about customer needs. You have prior experience working with geographic information and GIS, not just the technology but also developing and solving the needs of people and organizations. You feel comfortable moderating, guiding, and advising customers on workflows, technology choices, and training. You are engaging, have a good understanding of business, and thrive at the intersection of technology, business, and people. Familiarity with the ArcGIS platform is an advantage but not a requirement.

As a Strategic Advisor, you will be part of a customer team where you are responsible for working closely with your customers and supporting them in developing their operations through structured advisory work.

Typical responsibilities include:

• working at the intersection of business needs and technical capabilities, with a constant focus on customer benefits
• developing and implementing a strategy and action plan to ensure that the customer's work with geographic data and technology supports the organization's vision and goals
• understanding, prioritizing, and specifying customer needs related to the use of geographic services and products provided by Esri Sweden
• leading workshops, documenting, and presenting
• conducting activities such as mapping needs, processes, and competencies in collaboration with the customer
• coordinating and ensuring progress and overview in our customer work together with the customer team
