About the Role

The role primarily involves working with section manager Niclas Fridholm to develop a plan and ensure its implementation for the development of the section.

The ability to have a strong will and drive, especially regarding customer contacts, is a significant plus for the role; good communication with clients and a service-minded approach are essential to our current operations.

You will also collaborate closely with group managers and team leaders to ensure that all activities and resources are directed towards a developing and economically profitable operation.

The prioritized areas of operation, in addition to the aforementioned, include quality in assignments, project follow-ups, and the development and improvement of the section's work with bids, project economy, quality work, etc. This aims to create a consistent approach across all offices where the section operates.

The assignment requires a strong interest and drive not only to have your own ideas regarding the section's development but also to improve the quality of our delivery for all projects, large and small.

The role also requires leadership qualities that focus on projects and the section in collaboration with the section manager and other staff.

A crucial success factor is the ability to implement ideas and to listen to employees, gauge the market, promote AFRY and our competencies, and develop the management of assignments.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that the section works uniformly regardless of which location carries out the assignment. The role also aims to enhance the quality of delivery through all phases, whether it concerns quality, economy, customer contacts, or execution.

Requirements

We prefer that you currently hold a similar role or feel ready to take the next step, and that you have in-depth expertise in HVAC.
