Packaging made from our quality carton is an important part of the buying experience for our customers' customers. Today, we have around 800 employees working in a larger production unit in Iggesund and a smaller one in Strömsbruk. As a Site Manager, you will be based in Iggesund on the coast of Hälsingland, 9 kilometers south of Hudiksvall.

Your Future Challenge

As an Electrical Engineer with us, you will work on various projects to develop the entire Iggesunds bruk. You will sub-project lead and coordinate various investment projects within your discipline, prepare technical and economic documentation such as electrical drawings and estimates, and manage our electrical equipment and order new customized equipment for tomorrow's operations.

In the role, we expect you to keep track of standards, documentation, ensure that laws and regulations as well as internal guidelines are followed, and that you monitor new technology trends. The position involves close collaboration with suppliers, consultants, contractors, and internal employees to develop and streamline Iggesunds bruk.

To succeed in the role, we require an engineering degree in a relevant field. We are looking for someone with several years of experience working with frequency converters and direct-drive systems, as well as knowledge of electrical design for process or machinery equipment. Highly meritorious is experience in the process and manufacturing industry and experience working with the Sitebase and Autocad programs.

As a person, you are proactive, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented with a good ability to communicate and collaborate with others. You are passionate about taking on new challenges and projects and contributing with innovative and effective improvements and solutions. You also ensure that the work you start is completed.

Other requirements include a driver's license and proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position is located in Iggesund.
