We are now looking for an experienced Orthopedic Engineer for our clinic at Hagaplan who wants to take the next step in their career and help drive the clinic/business forward. Currently, 20 employees with extensive experience in all types of orthopedic technical aids work at Hagaplan. Our store serves both patients who pay privately and private customers. As an orthopedic technical clinic located close to hospitals and other cross-professional clinics, we are a natural and highly sought-after partner in many diagnostic areas. We have good relationships with other professions and there are great opportunities to further develop these relationships.

Your responsibilities

You will work closely with the clinic manager in the overall work and be responsible for students and the introduction of new employees. Supporting colleagues in daily work is a given for you, as is driving clinical development forward. Hagaplan has a prosthetic profile, and we view positively if this is something you have experience with and want to continue to drive forward. In combination with your clinical leadership, you will also receive patients, make assessments and analyses, and prescribe aids. You will be offered a varied job where the use of traditional and modern technical and clinical methods permeates daily work. Since we are located at Hagaplan near Karolinska, we have extensive on-call operations and collaboration with the hospital. We continuously work to develop our operations, which can range from our product range to improving our processes, and you will also be involved in this.

Who we are looking for

• Qualified Orthopedic Engineer with prosthetic experience
• Good computer skills
• Good language skills in Swedish and English
• Meritorious with leadership experience and/or project work

As a person, we prefer that you are communicative, service-oriented, and flexible. You are responsible and have an easy time building good relationships. We also appreciate that you are self-driven, creative, and meticulous in your work. The position

Full-time, permanent. A 6-month probationary period applies. Start date according to agreement. We have a collective agreement.
