About the assignment

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Consultant who wants to help ensure stable operations and high availability in a complex infrastructure environment. The role involves monitoring, analysis, and actions in response to technical alarms and incidents, as well as Service Desk responsibility outside of office hours. You will also take on the role of incident coordinator when the situation requires it.

The work is conducted according to a rotating three-shift schedule (24/7) which gives you a dynamic everyday life where you are a key player in keeping the operations running around the clock.

Your responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to technical alarms & incidents.

• Coordinate and drive incident management.

• Document and follow up on events according to established processes.

• Ensure rapid recovery of critical services.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is confident in their IT skills, has the ability to act quickly in urgent situations, and enjoys working in a structured manner with others.

Requirements & Qualifications: Relevant IT education and/or experience. Experience in infrastructure monitoring & operational environments. Knowledge of networks, databases & backup. Familiarity with incident & alarm management (preferably ServiceNow). Proactive team player who takes responsibility and drives issues to resolution. Resilient and focused in high-pressure situations.
