This is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. There are opportunities for extension of the assignment, which primarily extends until 2025-12-31.

The assignment period will be a mutual trial period where you as a consultant have the same security as an employee. For those new to the job market, consulting assignments are a great way to test different projects, build connections, and create a competitive CV.

Responsibilities

In the role of tester, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with requirements and quality in an ongoing IT project related to a larger transformation journey within the business sector. The work is conducted closely with the test leader who plans and leads the testing work, as well as in close collaboration with development teams, requirement setters, and designers.

A central part of the role is to quickly familiarize yourself with new requirements and participate in dialogues to ensure that the requirements are clear, testable, and designed based on the end user's needs. The role also includes creating test cases, preparing test environments and test data, as well as executing tests and reporting deviations. Testing primarily occurs in an agile environment and in collaboration with other functions within development.

At the start, an introduction to the system environment, working methods, and current project tools will be provided. The tester is expected to take significant personal responsibility for their tasks while contributing to improved processes, focusing on quality in every delivery.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Participating in requirement reviews together with developers, designers, and requirement setters
• Contributing a testing perspective in design work and solution proposals
• Creating test cases and identifying needs for test environments and test data
• Executing test cases, documenting results, and reporting defects
• Following up on tests before deployment and participating in the evaluation of completed releases

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Experience in quickly familiarizing yourself with new IT systems and understanding the system's role in a larger context

• Experience with agile working methods in IT development

• Previous experience in testing activities is an advantage

• Experience in customer service, support, or other customer-facing roles is considered a plus

• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
