Your role
As a Sales Engineer, you are the technical expert supporting the sales team throughout the sales journey. You meet prospects, guide them through technical evaluations, integrations, and product questions, transforming opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Your responsibilities:
- Participate in customer meetings as a technical expert
- Introduce prospects to APIs and integration possibilities
- Analyze prospects' systems and data flows for optimal integration
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and present solution proposals and architecture
- Answer questions regarding APIs, SSO, and technical setups
- Work closely with the product and development teams
- Conduct internal training for the sales team
- Support onboarding and technical configuration of new partners
Who we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer in B2B SaaS
- Deep understanding of APIs and system architecture
- Experience with ERP, Payroll, or Accounting systems
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
- Bonus: knowledge of JavaScript, databases, and accounting principles
