ABOUT THE JOB

As a Sales Manager at Resinex, you will play a key role in the Nordic organization with full sales responsibility for engineering plastics – and also parts of the portfolio within commodity plastics – in both Sweden and Norway. You will be responsible for developing the business by taking care of existing customers and actively prospecting new ones. The role includes maintaining close contact with the market, understanding customer needs, and driving sales projects from start to finish.

Together with the inside sales team and other colleagues in sales, marketing, and product management, you will work both operationally and strategically to strengthen the presence in the region. You are expected to have a good grasp of your own budget, work data-driven through Resinex's systems, and contribute to developing methods for customer segmentation and business development.

You will travel regularly, at least 50% of your time, to customers in Sweden and Norway. The rest of the time, you will work either from the office in Jönköping or from a home office – the most important thing is that you enjoy taking responsibility and delivering results.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone with a strong commercial drive, curiosity, and the ability to take responsibility. You have experience in B2B sales to industrial customers – preferably within plastics, metals, concrete, or similar technical materials or products – and know what it takes to nurture relationships and create new business.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to:

  • Have experience in technical sales to industrial customers
  • Be self-driven, structured, and used to working towards clear goals
  • Have a knack for building trust and creating long-term customer relationships
  • Enjoy traveling and being out in the field

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in sales in Norway
  • Industry experience from injection molding, polymers, or similar technical materials
