 About the position

As a Finnish and Swedish-speaking customer service representative, your role is crucial for good customer experiences and successful service. You will receive incoming calls, emails, chats, and assist Finnish-speaking customers through engaged and meaningful service, creating well-tailored solutions for the customer's needs.

• Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and commitment

• Work administratively in various systems with tasks such as emails, chats, and case management

• Offer tailored solutions to build valuable and long-term customer relationships

• Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your leader

• Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form

• Fluent in Finnish in both spoken and written form

• Good knowledge of English

• Computer literate

• Completed high school education

• Start: By agreement
