About Apoteket Spoven

Here at Apoteket Spoven, we are located in the heart of Bredäng center. With this central location comes a wide customer interaction – and a workday characterized by both pace and variation and team spirit. You will be part of an engaged team where we work together with 3 pharmacists and 2 pharmacy technicians, all contributing their expertise and commitment to provide the best possible service and advice to our customers. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09.00-18.00, Saturdays 10.00-15.00, Sundays closed.

Your role:

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle advice, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction. Here, you will also help develop our working methods for an enhanced customer experience.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel secure with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have experience working with prescription dispensing and personnel management.
• You have a warm and professional approach where you see each customer.
