We at Attendo Fresta Södra Allé are now looking for nursing assistants.
About the role
As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as contributing to various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes.
If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions.
Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications
Nursing assistant education of at least 1500 points.
Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
Good computer skills/computer familiarity.
Meritorious:
Experience in care work in elderly care.
Experience in delegation.
