Are you a service-oriented and flexible star looking for a fun and varied part-time job? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a driven and social employee who wants to work in our various areas of operation – with the greatest focus on shopping centers. In this exciting role, you will be the face of the company, meeting visitors every day, answering questions, and ensuring top-notch service in all situations.

You will receive training in several different shopping centers around Stockholm and fill in where needed for the day. No day is the same, and you will have the chance to work in different environments, meet new people, and elevate your service skills to the next level.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic role where flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude are crucial as you are booked on-call and step in when the need arises.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Directing customers and providing high-level service
• Representing the center outward
• Phone and email communication
• Contact with suppliers
• Administrative work in systems
• Informing about and offering the center's service offerings
• Working at various events

Who are you? We know that you are a true service star who is passionate about personal interactions and loves working with people. You work proactively and solution-oriented, always staying one step ahead. You are flexible and unpretentious, able to work both independently and in a team. We prefer that you are energetic, driven, ambitious, and enjoy coming up with new ideas. You have previous experience in service and are proficient in the Office package, as well as fluent in Swedish and English.

The employment Employment type: On-call employment with fixed on-call shifts either every or every other weekend. There is also the possibility to work on weekdays as needed. Employment rate: As needed, you may be called in at short notice on the same day as well as during planned absences. Start: Immediately Working hours: Fixed weekends, as well as weekdays as needed.

A background check will be conducted prior to employment.
