As a developer at Initiva..

…you will become part of a suitably small and competent web development team with extensive experience. In our pleasant, airy premises in Vasastan, we work together to create tailored and flexible web solutions with our proprietary publishing and development tool, Dynamix CMS. Here, you will be responsible for delivering these solutions to our clients and contributing your technical skills to further develop our software. With us, there are several development opportunities and different paths to take. From idea to finished solution, you will have the chance to collaborate with other experienced developers and contribute throughout the entire process.

About you

You thrive in an environment where people work closely together and with the client, sharing ideas and developing solutions together. With your experience in UX, you enjoy thinking about user flows, interfaces, and details that make a difference – both visually and functionally. You like to talk to clients and be involved in the entire process, from idea to finished solution. Frontend, especially React, is your home ground, but you also have a good understanding of the bigger picture – and are open to exploring .NET or C# when needed.

You have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer
• Experience with React, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript
• UX/UI skills and a sense for design
• Experience working on client projects and in dialogue with clients
• Fluency in Swedish and English

Things we find valuable – but not decisive:

• Experience/interest in app development
• Understanding of backend (.NET, C#, APIs)
