Within the Social Welfare Sector, we are looking for hourly paid staff in the following areas:

• Home care
• Nursing homes
• Disability services
• Personal assistance
• HVB homes
• Short-term accommodation for children and youth
• Memory care center
• Service tasks

Job Responsibilities

Your main job responsibilities are to meet the individual needs of the clients for social care and personal care with a good attitude. You will work to provide our clients with an active and meaningful everyday life. The work consists of care tasks tailored to the client. This may involve social support, tasks in the client's living environment, assistance with hygiene, delegated healthcare tasks, and opportunities for stimulation and activation. You need to have good collaboration skills and the ability to create good relationships with the client, their relatives, colleagues, and managers within the services we offer.

Who are you?

To be employed as an hourly paid employee, we do not have formal education requirements; with the right qualities, you can get the chance to work as an hourly paid employee without education or previous experience. However, it is an advantage if you have experience or education in the field.

If you have completed or ongoing studies, these grades should be attached to the application.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. It is an advantage if you have worked with us before and have good references from this.

Since social documentation and communication are important in the work, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. You should also feel comfortable using a computer as a working tool.

Other Information

For most of our units, you need to be at least 18 years old.

Working hours vary between day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Some services also have on-call hours and 24-hour shifts.

To work in certain services, a B driver's license (automatic & manual transmission) and/or cycling experience may be required.
