Job Description for Personal Assistant

We are now looking for female assistants for on-call employment for a lovely woman living in Kristianstad. Preferably a retiree who can step in at short notice and is willing to work night shifts.

The client's interests include going out dancing and gardening. We hope that you as an assistant share similar interests. Furthermore, the client is an animal lover, and since there are sometimes dogs in the home, it is important that you are not afraid of dogs. The tasks involve closely collaborating with the client to manage the home and assist her in her daily life, such as in hygiene situations and providing general support in her everyday activities.

You who are applying for the position need to be secure, responsible, and mature. You also need to be able to work independently and take your own initiatives with the client's best interests in mind while also sensing when to take a step back.

We prefer that you have a driver's license and a requirement is that you master Swedish in both spoken and written form.

• Employment Type: On-call employment
• Scope: As needed
• Working Hours: Shifts are scheduled from 15:10 to 12:00 (waiting time 22:30-07:00)
• Start Date: Immediately or by agreement.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
