Alingsås Wok is a restaurant focused on authentic Asian cuisine. We strive to provide our guests with a genuine dining experience and are looking to expand our kitchen with an experienced specialty chef in Cantonese delicacies.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop traditional Cantonese dim sum dishes of the highest quality.
Create variations and new recipes within classic Cantonese specialties.
Ensure authentic taste, consistency, and presentation according to Cantonese culinary traditions.
Be responsible for ingredient management, hygiene, and quality in the kitchen.
Collaborate and communicate with other chefs and kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

Several years of experience as a chef specializing in Cantonese cuisine, particularly dim sum.
Solid knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and flavorings within Cantonese cooking.
Ability to independently create and develop menus for Dim Sum.
Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and passion for Chinese culinary culture.
