About us

We are looking for dedicated employees for our supported housing operations in Helsingborg, where we offer individualized support in a safe and pleasant living environment for people with addiction issues, mental health problems, and/or social difficulties.

Our operations offer support apartments in a quiet residential area close to the sea, green spaces, and good transportation links. Here, clients receive support in creating functioning routines, increasing their independence, and finding a meaningful everyday life.

We work with MI, LAB, and a norm-critical approach, and our interventions are always shaped according to each individual's unique needs and goals.

About the role

Your main tasks include:

• Being part of the team that works closely with each client.

• Being the contact person for a number of clients – coordinating, following up, and evaluating interventions.

• Networking with key actors in the client's life, e.g., Social Services, Outpatient Care, Correctional Services, Legal Guardians/Trustees.

• Working with individual conversations, motivational work, and skills training.

• Planning and participating in employment-promoting activities.

• Having daily contact with clients and contributing to a structured and safe everyday life.

• Documentation and development work.

We also offer opportunities for supervision, further education, and development within the framework of Humana's structured and quality-assured working methods.

The position is a permanent employment of 85-100%. Work takes place during daytime, evenings, and weekends. The position includes on-call duties. Salary is according to agreement, and other compensations are according to collective agreements. Start date is November 15 or according to agreement.

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and secure. In this role, it is important that you show great empathy while also having the ability to set boundaries when needed. The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, so you must have good communication and collaboration skills. We place great importance on personal suitability. A background check will be conducted before employment.

To apply for the position, you must:

• Be an educated social pedagogue, social worker, treatment pedagogue, or have another completed post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent.
• Have experience with the target group and social work.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Have good computer skills as documentation is extensive.
• Have a B driver's license.
