Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a service-oriented person for immediate start with one of our clients in northern Stockholm. In the role of customer representative/service advisor, you play a crucial role at the workshop. The role means that you will primarily be the one who has contact with the workshop's customers regarding their matters. An important part of the job is to always provide the customer with a pleasant and professional response and ensure that the customer's wishes are fulfilled. Your tasks will include booking customers for workshop visits via phone, receiving and handing over cars, and processing payments. Your work will take place in the workshop's computer system as well as via phone and email.

Your Profile We are looking for someone who has worked in some form of service before, preferably in the restaurant industry or retail.

It is considered a significant advantage if you have previously worked with cars to some extent or have an interest in vehicles, but it is not a requirement.
