Are you ready to take on the most important role of a car dealer? As a service advisor, you will be the face of the dealership's service department and represent the company with your friendly demeanor and knowledge.
Responsibilities As a service advisor, you will interact with the workshop's customers throughout the service process, providing support and guidance. An important part of the job is to always give the customer a pleasant and professional reception and ensure that the customer's wishes are fulfilled. Your tasks will include scheduling customers for service visits via phone, receiving and handing over cars, guiding customers in technical questions, and processing payments or invoices. Once you gain more experience in the role, you will also assess warranties and handle customer complaints. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the workshop's productivity and operations as well as planning the mechanics' workdays.
Your work will take place in the workshop's computer system as well as via phone and email.
Qualifications
- A background in the service area and documented work experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a service advisor/customer representative.
- Alternatively, you have worked in another service-oriented profession and are convinced that this is your dream job.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- A valid driver's license (B) is required.
- Experience with any of the automotive industry's computer systems such as Kobra, Automaster, Elsa, Tacdis, or Winassist is highly desirable.
- A strong interest in cars is considered a plus.

Application and start date This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, with shifts varying between 7 AM - 4 PM and 9 AM - 6 PM. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder and a consultant manager who will support you along the way to a successful career.
