In the role of service advisor, you will be the face of the car dealership's workshop and represent the company with your friendly demeanor and knowledge.
Job Responsibilities As a service advisor, you will be in contact with the workshop's customers throughout the service process, providing support and guidance. An important part of the job is to always give the customer a pleasant and professional reception and ensure that the customer's wishes are fulfilled.
Your tasks will include booking customers for workshop visits via phone, receiving and handing out cars, guiding customers in technical questions, and processing payments or invoices. Once you gain more experience in the role, you will also assess warranties and handle customer complaints. Additionally, you will be responsible for the workshop's productivity and operations as well as planning the mechanics' workdays. Your work will take place in the workshop's computer system and via phone and email.
Qualifications
- You have a background in the service area and work experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a service advisor/customer representative, but other roles are also acceptable.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- A valid B driver's license is required.
- It is highly meritorious if you have experience with any of the automotive industry's computer systems such as Kobra, Automaster, Tacdis, or Winassist.
- If you have knowledge about cars and a passion for them, we see it as a great plus.

Application and Start Date This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, with shifts varying between 7-16 and 9-18.
