ValueOne is seeking skilled and experienced Supply Quality Engineers (SQE) and Supply Quality Managers (SQM) on behalf of our clients across the country, with a background in the manufacturing industry. We are interested in candidates who have worked for a few years with quality and supplier issues and who want to take their experiences and knowledge a step further in a consulting role. Since we have assignments in various locations, there is also the possibility of remote work.

ValueOne specializes in Supply Chain Management - procurement and logistics. We offer our clients services in three business areas: leasing and recruitment support within our specialist area, as well as business development of the company's functions for Supply Chain regarding strategy, model, method, process, organization, and competence.

We currently have a large number of assignments for SQE/SQM to fill from north to south and are therefore looking for candidates with an education in supply chain, engineering, procurement, or similar, and at least five years of experience in quality assurance, quality management, and supplier audits. You should be accustomed to leading quality audits and have a good knowledge of quality methods such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and ISO. Remote work is possible for certain assignments.

Among your other qualifications, we would like to see that:

• You are used to driving continuous improvements of quality requirements and methods where you support the business with analyses and improvement proposals.
• You have experience in quality management within standards, design, production methods, and production technology.
• You have experience representing the company regarding quality decisions during supplier visits and audits.
• You have experience performing audits of selected suppliers.
• You are accustomed to driving and participating in daily quality assurance activities.

As the filling of assignments is urgent, we see it as an advantage if you are available at short notice. As a person, you are decisive, results-oriented, and have a strong personal drive. Experience in giving presentations, both internally and externally, is advantageous. Furthermore, you are easy to collaborate with and quickly adapt to new tasks.
