Are you ready to take the lead in complex solution sales at one of Sweden's most forward-thinking Microsoft partners?
We are looking for a Sales Lead who wants to help shape the future workplace and digital solutions – with the heart in Microsoft's ecosystem. You will have the chance to drive business within Modern Work (Microsoft 365) (https://www.fellowmind.com/sv-se/losningar/modern-work/)and Digital & App Innovation (https://www.fellowmind.com/sv-se/losningar/digital-application-innovation/), where we help our clients future-proof their operations through smarter collaboration, increased productivity, and tailored applications.
We typically deliver in project form, so this role is not just about “selling CVs” but has a strong focus on complex solution sales, even though resource sales are also part of your daily routine. You will work on deals that make a difference, alongside some of the sharpest minds in the industry.
What does the role entail?You will be a key player in our sales and presale team, where you will have full trust to drive business, build relationships, and take initiative. You have strong support from our technical experts – like Arvid (https://www.linkedin.com/in/arvid-josefsson-404b5622/) and Martin (https://www.linkedin.com/in/martinlowhagen/) – and your manager Daniel (https://www.linkedin.com/in/daniel-pryde-3b69b23/), who leads with an entrepreneurial spirit and encourages innovative thinking.
Your focus areas:
- New customer acquisition & lead generation – You are the one who opens doors, sparks interest, and drives business opportunities forward.
- Business development – You identify needs, shape solutions, and create business value.
- Collaboration & interaction – You work closely with our delivery teams to develop the right solution for each client.
- Relationship building – You position us as a strategic partner through networking, dialogues, and industry events.
You are a hungry salesperson with experience in the IT/consulting industry, preferably with a focus on new customer acquisition. You are ready to take the next step – from solely resource sales to also driving more complex deals with real business value. Do you also have experience working with sales through consulting brokers? Great! We believe that is an important experience to have in your background!

- Have a technical interest and understand how digital solutions create business benefits.
- Are structured and goal-oriented, with the ability to build a strong pipeline.
- Have strong communication skills – you can lead conversations with both technical and business decision-makers.
- Have a relevant post-secondary education related to sales, e.g., from IHM Business School.
But above all – you are driven, engaged, and business-oriented. You enjoy taking initiative, creating momentum, and delivering results. And of course, you are a team player who knows that we win together.

The practical detailsStart: We are thinking at the end of 2025 or the beginning of 2026.
Extent: Full-time, office hours, but we are very flexible here and assume it should work for all parties.
Location: At one of our offices in Gothenburg or Stockholm. Travel is a natural part of the role.
Salary: We know that many are involved in a sales process, and we believe in teamwork. Therefore, we apply a salary model with a fixed salary without a lot of complicated commission and bonus arrangements. A security for you, simply put!
