About the role of concrete worker prefab - Caster and Finisher

In these roles, you will work together in the production team and be involved in the entire process from concrete casting to finished processed product. You will handle reinforcement, forming, concrete mixing, and perform casting according to drawings and instructions. During finishing, you will be responsible for ensuring that the product meets quality requirements – grinding, repairing, inspecting, and detailing are included. We work according to clear routines and highly value safety, responsibility, and quality.

Typical tasks for Casters/Finishers in concrete production

• Prepare molds and reinforcement for casting concrete elements according to drawings
• Mixing, handling, and casting of concrete
• Monitor curing and ensure correct results
• Finishing: grinding, repairing, demolding, and detailing for final finish
• Quality control of finished products and self-inspection of work processes
• Ongoing maintenance of tools, machines, and work area
• Close collaboration with colleagues for efficient production flow and good work environment

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience in working with concrete or similar industrial production is desirable
• You can read and follow simple drawings and instructions
• Familiarity with machine handling and industrial tools
• Quality-conscious, meticulous, and responsible
• Good teamwork skills and ability to contribute to a safe and inclusive work environment
• Driving license B
• You speak and write Swedish

Experience from prefab, work with reinforcement, or construction is advantageous. Experience in forklift operation and overhead crane certification is also a plus.
