Build and lead our new sales team in Stockholm!

At Impressive Relations, we are expanding and are now looking for a Team Leader who wants to take the lead role in starting up and leading our new team in Stockholm. This is your chance to combine sales with leadership – and to be passionate about creating results together with others. We currently work in various department stores and grocery stores with one of Sweden's most well-known brands! 

About the role: 

You will be involved from the very first step: Introduction and startup of a completely new team. During the first weeks, you will work closely with our sales manager and learn our way of working by participating in existing projects. After that, you will take the helm and lead the team in daily operations.

Your responsibilities include:

Planning schedules and ensuring that conditions are in place for sales success

Coaching and developing salespeople to reach and exceed targets

Following up on results and reporting against budget

Being part of the sales yourself – you lead both by words and actions

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in field sales Is a natural leader who helps others grow Has the ability to create structure and maintain energy in the team Is driven, solution-oriented, and ready to take responsibility Sees opportunities in building something new from the ground up The right person is more important than the right title – we believe in leadership through personality and engagement, not just previous credentials.
