We are looking for a senior UX/UI and interaction designer who can conduct a review of six key user flows in our digital service. Based on the analysis, you are expected to present improvement suggestions and develop concrete solutions in the form of wireframes and prototypes.

The assignment includes both identifying problem areas and developing solutions, including heuristic evaluation and user validation of the most important proposals. All solutions must meet WCAG 2.1 AA.

Mandatory requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience as a UX/UI or interaction designer
• Education in interaction design/UX design or equivalent documented experience
• Excellent skills in Figma
• Ability to formulate basic requirements in wireframes and prototypes
• Residing in Stockholm and available for on-site work

Desirable:

• Basic understanding of front-end development and ability to collaborate closely with developers
• Experience working with financial products
• Familiarity with leading design workshops and driving various design processes

• Good analytical ability and ability to see issues from a holistic perspective
• Collaborative and skilled at anchoring ideas with colleagues, managers, and other stakeholders
• Ability to visualize and communicate complex issues clearly and understandably
