About the role as Power BI Analyst – Data Analysis and Business Intelligence Globally

In the role of Power BI Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, structuring, and visualizing data for various stakeholders within our international organization. You will transform complex information into clear insights that contribute to increased efficiency and improved decision-making across all business areas.

You will work closely with colleagues in finance, IT, production, and management. The role also offers opportunities to help further develop our BI processes and be a key player in our transition to an increasingly data-driven culture.

Main tasks – Power BI, Data Analysis, and Reporting

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI for users at various organizational levels.
• Identify, collect, and structure data from various data sources, both internal and external.
• Provide support and guidance to users in the organization regarding data management and report usage.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in reports and analyses.
• Participate in projects related to digitization and business development, where Power BI and data analysis are in focus.
• Spread best practices regarding business intelligence and contribute to the continuous improvement of our BI processes.

Who are you? – Skills and experiences in Power BI and Data Analysis

• Post-secondary education in IT, finance, statistics, engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience working with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Good understanding of database management, data analysis, and visualization.
• Experience interpreting, structuring, and presenting data in a pedagogical and goal-oriented manner.
• You are analytical, solution-oriented, and have the ability to understand the needs of the business.
• You have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

Conditions

Extent: Full-time, consultancy assignment for 12 months, potentially longer

Salary: Fixed salary according to agreement

Location: Stockholm
