About the role

As an Account Manager, you are a key player in our mission to help companies grow with the right skills. You build your own customer portfolio and develop long-term relationships within the Swedish business community – from startups to large companies in various sectors of the service industry.

In close dialogue with customers, you identify their needs related to skills supply – and sell the right solution for recruitment or staffing. You present Bravura's offerings in a clear and value-creating way and show how we can help them achieve their goals by having the right skills in place. Bravura specializes in four business areas, which gives you the opportunity to work broadly and develop across several industries.

This is a role for you who want to develop quickly in B2B sales, build a strong business network, and at the same time make a difference for both companies and candidates.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you have overall responsibility for the entire sales process – from the first contact to closing the deal. You work closely with our recruiters and delivery team to create the best possible match between companies and candidates.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify new customer opportunities through research and market monitoring
  • Sales meetings: Schedule and hold meetings, listen to needs, and present our offerings
  • Needs analysis: Understand the business goals and propose the right solutions in staffing and recruitment
  • Quote & negotiation: Prepare quotes, negotiate, and close deals
  • Relationship & follow-up: Develop customer relationships to create more long-term business opportunities

Your start with us

Who we are looking for

Picking up the phone and booking your own meetings is a natural part of the job – which is why we are looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of cold calling and is willing to put in the work and commitment required to succeed.

We would like you to have:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • Experience in sales (preferably B2B)
  • Driver's license (B)
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
