About the job

The position refers to: Summer temporary employment of varying sizes during the summer of 2026

Start date: According to agreement

Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the job.

What will you do?

Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks will be:

• Ensuring that customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration)
• Working with restocking and creating a pleasant store environment with order and tidiness
• Working at the checkout and self-scanning, including service matters
• Collaborating with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed!

Who are you?

You put the finishing touch on the customer experience

You have the chance to make a significant impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important mission to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so that the customer finds their way in the store. You should ensure that the customer goes home satisfied – preferably with an extra item in the bag and a good feeling in their body!

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a great interest in food and selling products? Great! If you have worked in a store before – even better!

We believe that you:

• Have a high school education and master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it’s fantastic if you do too.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged.
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute energy and joy.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
