We are now looking for a substitute in Malmö or Stockholm as one of our m8s is going on parental leave and will return on 2026-03-06!

So, are you ready to jump into a world of technical challenges and customer situations? As part of our service desk team, you will play a vital role in managing incoming cases through various channels such as the case management system, phone, and email. You will solve technical problems, provide support, prioritize cases, and escalate them to colleagues when necessary. The job also includes documentation of what has been done and case follow-ups to ensure everything is completed correctly. Our goal is to always deliver fast and efficient service, and our customers highly appreciate us for our service level today, so your contribution will be crucial for our continued success.

We are a wonderful service desk, with clear goals and a strong sense of personal responsibility. We are often in the office, but there is an opportunity to work remotely from time to time. During breaks, you can enjoy activities like video games, table tennis, or foosball – perfect ways to recharge and socialize with colleagues, take a session at the nearby gym, or walk by the water.

Your skills and experience

We are now looking for someone with a few years of work experience in IT support or similar roles. We prefer that you, like us, have an interest in tech and you likely have a technical education or a post-secondary KY/YH education in the IT field.

The qualities that will help you succeed in this role are a strong service ability, understanding and meeting customer needs with a friendly, patient, and positive attitude. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing in Swedish, are essential to clearly convey solutions and information. Patience and the ability to handle stress help you keep a cool head even during hectic periods. You should also have strong problem-solving skills, be analytical, and ready to think creatively to find solutions to technical problems. Flexibility and adaptability are necessary as technology is constantly evolving, and you must be able to embrace new methods and techniques quickly. Finally, teamwork is essential to effectively collaborate with your team and other departments to facilitate our customers' everyday lives.
