Are you ready to dive into a world of technical challenges and customer situations? As part of our servicedesk team, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming cases through various channels such as the ticketing system, phone, and email. You will solve technical problems, provide support, prioritize cases, and escalate them to colleagues when necessary. The job also includes documentation of what has been done and case follow-ups to ensure everything is concluded correctly. Our goal is to always deliver fast and efficient service, and customers highly appreciate us for our service level today, so your contribution will be vital for our continued success.

We are a wonderful servicedesk, with clear goals and a strong sense of responsibility. We are often in the office, but there is also the opportunity to work remotely from time to time. During breaks, you can enjoy activities like video games, table tennis, or foosball – perfect ways to recharge and socialize with colleagues, take a session at the nearby gym, or take a walk by the water.

Your Skills and Experience

We are now looking for someone with a few years of work experience in IT support or similar roles. We hope that, like us, you have an interest in tech and you likely have a technical education or a post-secondary KY/YH education in the IT field.

The qualities that will help you succeed in this role are a strong service mentality, understanding and meeting customer needs with a friendly, patient, and positive attitude. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing in Swedish, are crucial for clearly conveying solutions and information. Patience and the ability to handle stress will help you keep a cool head even during hectic periods. You should also have strong problem-solving skills, be analytical, and ready to think creatively to find solutions to technical problems. Flexibility and adaptability are essential as technology is constantly evolving, and you must be able to quickly embrace new methods and techniques. Finally, teamwork is essential for effectively collaborating with your team and other departments to facilitate our customers' daily lives.
