Are you an experienced dentist with leadership skills and a desire to drive and develop the business? We are now looking for an engaged and results-oriented clinic manager for two clinics, Svartå Dental Clinic and Stångå Dental Clinic. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine your dental expertise with strategic leadership and business management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As clinic manager, you will have overall responsibility for daily operations, dental quality, and the development of Svartå and Stångå Dental Clinics. You will lead and coach employees, ensure high-quality care, and work to streamline and improve the business. An important part of the role is to follow up on results, set clear goals, and establish requirements to ensure a successful clinic.

You will have an assistant clinic manager who will help and support you in various processes. This provides you with support in daily operations and the opportunity to focus on both strategic development and operational efforts.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operational and strategic responsibility for the clinics' development and results
• Monitoring key figures and financial goals
• Responsible for driving and developing dental quality
• Leading, motivating, and developing employees
• Ensuring a good working environment and a well-functioning team
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the clinics' position

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist with at least 5 years of experience
• Experience working with business development and results management
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Familiarity with working in a digital clinic and with journal systems
• Experience in leading or coaching colleagues is an advantage

ABOUT THE CLINIC

Stångå Dental Clinic and Svartå Dental Clinic offer high-quality dental care, from emergency treatments and preventive care to aesthetic treatments such as teeth whitening and orthodontics.

Stångå Dental Clinic is located in Linköping and has six modern treatment rooms. We use digital X-rays and OPG. Here we have about 16 employees, including six dentists, two dental hygienists, and eight dental assistants.

Svartå Dental Clinic is located in Mjölby and has four modern treatment rooms. An engaged team of nine people works here, including three dentists, three dental assistants, one dental hygienist, and one orthodontic assistant. The clinic uses digital X-rays and OPG.

Both clinics use FRENDA as their journal system.

EMPLOYMENT

The position is a full-time job based in Linköping and Mjölby.

The compensation is a fixed monthly salary, and you will also receive other competitive employment benefits.
