In the beautiful surroundings of Vadstena municipality, we run a nursing home, Vätterngården. At Vätterngården, we have 54 apartments distributed across five departments, two of which are focused on dementia care. We offer a safe and homely environment for our residents, and we have a good working climate with dedicated employees. We are now looking for care assistants who want to help create a warm and secure environment for our residents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities:

• Care and social support for our residents
• Collaboration with colleagues to create a good working environment
• Documentation and reporting
• Participate in activity planning and implementation
• Case management

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a care assistant education or equivalent qualifications
• Enjoys taking responsibility and working both independently and in a team
• Is dedicated and has a positive attitude
• Has good language skills in Swedish
• Has some IT knowledge
