Bravura is looking for a meeting booker on behalf of a client. We cannot disclose the company name for this position at this time. You will, of course, learn which company is involved during the process, at the latest when we meet for an interview.

The client is a Swedish HR-tech company that offers a digital testing tool for recruitment, career guidance, and employee development. They have corporate clients and users across Sweden. They are located in Gothenburg but offer a flexible and location-independent working method.

Responsibilities

The role of the meeting booker involves being responsible for identifying and establishing contact with potential customers. The work combines sales with structured research and administrative support, which requires accuracy, independence, and the ability to drive the process from the first contact to a booked meeting.

Contact is primarily made via phone and email, targeting CEOs and HR managers in private companies with 30 to 100 employees. The goal is to map recruitment needs and offer a free test. This is followed by follow-up and coordination of meetings with the company's specialists.

• Identification of prospects through CRM systems, call lists, or own research, for example via job advertisement portals

• Initial contact via email and/or phone

• Qualification of current or upcoming recruitment needs

• Sending of test link and booking of feedback meeting

• Ongoing follow-up, reminders, possible rescheduling, and updating of CRM

• Coordination and information transfer to the account manager before feedback

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Several years of experience in meeting booking and/or telemarketing

• Very good computer skills

• Documented B2B experience and comfortable in contact with decision-makers

• Very good Swedish in speech and writing

We believe that you are used to working proactively, making contact via phone, and handling a no without losing energy or focus. You have an easy time learning new systems and working methods, and feel comfortable with both Office and CRM, regardless of the platform.

You are a quick learner, self-driven, and enjoy getting things done with both accuracy and pace. You are structured, reliable, and have a good ability to find effective solutions. At the same time, you show great drive and positive energy, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and find it easy to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary: According to agreement

This is a consulting assignment for 6 months with good opportunities for over-recruitment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that the client intends to offer you employment with them in the long run. This provides both you and the client a good opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you enjoy your collaboration.

We use a competency-based methodology in all recruitment processes to ensure unbiased selections. We also work with ongoing selections, which means we take down the advertisement when enough candidates have applied.
