Start: September 1, 2025 End: February 28, 2026 Location: Malmö  We are looking for a service desk employee for an exciting consulting assignment. You will be an important point of contact for users and responsible for providing support, troubleshooting, and managing accounts. The role involves daily problem-solving and creating a smooth IT environment for customers and users.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support and service via phone and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot network equipment
• Manage accounts and user permissions
• Answer technical questions and provide guidance
• Provide support for hardware in combination with system solutions

Requirements

• Experience in helpdesk and IT support
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting network equipment
• Familiarity with account management in larger IT environments
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written 
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
