Customer Service Representative – Short-term Assignment, Immediate Start

IP in Sweden AB is a young and dynamic company experiencing rapid growth. In just three years, we have helped over 50,000 customers across Sweden, and we are just at the beginning of our journey. Now we are looking for a star in customer service!

Main Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries primarily via phone, but also via email
• Handle and resolve customer cases
• Deliver an excellent service experience

Qualifications, Requirements:

• Swedish and English
• Previous experience in customer service or customer support

Qualifications, Preferred:

• Another language

We expect you, as a candidate:

• Have a strong drive to help customers and always deliver high-quality service with a positive attitude. Customer satisfaction is always a priority.
• Have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form, and be fluent in Swedish and English. Knowledge of other languages is always a plus.
• Be accustomed to working and familiarizing yourself with new systems.
• Feel comfortable using the phone as your primary work tool.

You are an initiative-taking, meticulous, and responsible person who is motivated to make a difference and find the best solutions together with your colleagues. You are creative, put the customer first, and see opportunities instead of obstacles. If you don't know the answer to a question, you are curious and take the initiative to find it.
